Declan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Surveying from Trinity College Dublin, a Diploma in Property Economics from Technological University Dublin, a Diploma in Arbitration Law from University College Dublin, and is an APC qualified RICS Registered Valuer, with full membership of the following professional bodies:

• Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland
• Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
• Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Ireland

Declan joined the long-established Mason Owen & Lyons in 1999 and, at Director level, acted for many high-profile clients such as Hibernian and Irish Life. Following a seven-year period with Mason Owen & Lyons, Declan moved to Harcourt Developments, one of Ireland’s largest property companies, taking up the role of a Senior Property Executive for a nine-year period.

Working on the client side has provided Declan with an invaluable insight into the service that should be provided to all clients, and this ethos is at the core of Baxter Real Estate.

Melissa joined Baxter Real Estate team in 2016 and is a highly respected senior sales negotiator. Melissa studied and gained a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Technological University Dublin, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Humanities from Dublin City University and is a Property Services Regulatory Authority licence holder. Prior to starting her career in property, Melissa spent eleven years working in the Emergency Department of Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown where she gained lifelong skills in a highly pressurised environment.

This, along with her knowledge of the property market, has provided her with a great understanding of both selling and buying property, in both the local and Dublin markets. Melissa brings a passionate approach to her dealing with both vendors and purchasers to make sure that the process runs as smoothly as possible.

Monika brings a wealth of experience to the Baxter Real Estate team since joining the company in 2015 following a successful career in several multinational companies both in Ireland and in Europe. Monika’s in-depth knowledge of the local market is greatly enhanced by a first class Master’s Degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor Degree in International Business from Technological University Dublin and, more recently, Monika graduated as a Blue Book, TEGOVA Residential Valuer, in association with IPAV, to which she holds full membership.

Monika is also fully licensed with the Property Services Regulatory Authority and her passion for sales and valuations, along with a professional attitude, continually result in expectations being outperformed.

Jozef brings a lot of experience to Baxter Real Estate, with a Master’s in Mathematics and over 10 years’ experience in marketing and design. Jozef has an excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer relations. As a participant in the Web Innovate Programme at Digital Skills Academy Dublin (DIT), Jozef’s proven skills in website development and visual communication have allowed him to implement his skills into his role as a property sale and marketing coordinator at Baxter Real Estate. To further enhance his career and passion for property, Josef has completed a level 5 degree in Auctioneering and Property Apprenticeship at Ballsbridge College. To progress his education further, Jozef has embarked on a further two-year programme at Ballsbridge College to fully allow him to combine his analytical expertise with creative insight to support modern property marketing, valuations and sale services at Baxter Real Estate.

Kate is a dedicated sales assistant, and she brings passion and expertise to help clients achieve their property goals. Kate holds a level 5, degree from Ballsbridge college in auctioneering, estate agency & valuation. Through her work and college experience, she has honed her knowledge of real estate principles and customer service. Currently, Kate is furthering her education through a level 7 Auctioneering and Property Apprenticeship at Ballsbridge College, deepening her skills in property sales, lettings, management, and market analysis. Kate is committed to professional growth and client satisfaction, ensuring that she provides exceptional support in every transaction.
